Juba Consumer Basket Rises to SSP 1.15 Million in October

The latest available Juba Consumer Basket data, published for October 2026, recorded a total cost of SSP 1,151,300, up 6.03% from September. Recorded market prices included dry okra at SSP 60,000 per kilogram, green beans at SSP 16,000 per kilogram and tomatoes at SSP 12,000 per kilogram; these are October observations, not prices newly surveyed during 1–7 November.
