Malta Advances €880,000 Residential Renovation Project in Żejtun

On 3 November, Malta’s Housing Minister visited renovation works covering 16 residential blocks and 96 apartments in Żejtun, with an investment of approximately €880,000. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of December 2026. The works create opportunities for building contractors, renovation specialists and construction-material suppliers.
